Come to us and let us inspire you.

Both centres aim to give people a chance to explore getting active again in stunning settings with excellent facilities.

We will collect you from your car door and introduce you to the best available equipment and adaptations for your needs.

The centres are ideal for carers to rest and relax and reflect with some tea and cake after your experience.

Our up to 2 hour assessment sessions are free.

Just book a session and bring yourself and an open mind.

Get in touch and book your session between 9 and 5 at either of the below.
